Insert Big Sigh Here

Okay,

First off, continuing the duality theme, I have to respond to my own post below (I am such a Gemini...this coming from someone who doesn't even bleive in that shit). In reading that post, I feel like it was only the bad side to my duality. I actually love my duality sometimes. I feel like it shows people not to judge based on first impressions. People in the Jewbourhood see me and think I am the typical boring Jew that spent a year in Israel after high school and who is going to University to learn how to be a doctor, lawyer or accountant. But they talk to me and discover I am a creative type, going into theatre (the ONLY one in my neighbourhood to do that, I am sure). Also the flipside, people at school think at first I am this loudmouthed party guy, who swears a lot or whatever, but then they discover this deeply spiritual person. I dunno. I like that about me. I am actually unique in that way, which is good.

Anyways...about this week. It was pretty darn boring. I got a job working for a promotions company where we have to package and stuff 100,000 Stampede bracelets into envelopes before Stampede. Good times, hah.

One good thing this week was Jill and I took our nephews to the Science Centre. It was WAY too much fun. First of all, people thought me and Jill were a married couple with two kids (who are about to turn 3 and 4). Hah, that was funny. Plus the two little buggers were so funny together and made us a huge hit on the train. They had everyone around laughing their pants off.

But then after I got home from that I went to the doctors, and found out I had a wicked case of tonsilitis. I am on meds now, but it sucks. And the rain finally stopped, but I tried going on a walk and got eaten alive by mosquitos. And then today I decided to take up an offer of living with two other guys in a nice three bedroom apartment.

Now this scares the shit out of me. After living on my own I have become reclusive, private and independant. And I also don't seem to relate to any Jewish males my age in my area. So it'll be very trying I know. I am going to try my hardest, but I know I am going to have a few breakdowns...we'll see.
